dc.description | EXPLORERS CLIMATE CHANGE SUPERHEROES MODULE 8: Learning about Climate Action & Super Solutions presentation recaps on what it means to be a climate superhero, aka a climate-literate person. It allows children to examine some of governments' actions and solutions worldwide. Developing their competencies and skills, children are encouraged to discover what is happening in their local communities and what we can do at home and in our schools to help reduce carbon emissions. This module can be used for thematic learning projects and supports the primary school curriculum framework by promoting key competencies and skills, using communications and languages, creativity, digital learning, becoming an active citizen, and introducing well-being in the classroom. The module also supports delivering subjects, including STEM, natural and social sciences, geography, history, languages, arts, and SPHE. This module enables children to take positive actions that help drive solutions at a community and global level. | en_US |
