Abstract
The children will develop words and phrases relating to the ocean in the world. They will be able to use their new vocabulary and phrases confidently while writing their script for a news item to feature on television by participating in oral language, reading and writing activities. Ba chóir go mbeadh na páistí in ann forbairt a dhéanamh ar focail agus frásaí a bhaineann leis na farraige timpeall an domhain. In ann na focail agus frásaí nua a úsáid go muiníneach agus cuntas faoi mír nuachta a mbeadh ar an teilifís a scríobh, trí pháirt a ghlacadh i gníonhaíomhaíochtaí teanga labhartha, léitheoireachta agus scríbhneoireachta.
