Abstract: Salmon movements in and around Killala Bay were investigated by tagging. A total of 49 tags (17.07%) were returned. The areas of recovery ranged from the Kerry coast to the Scottish west coast. A high proportion of the tags recovered from the River Moy were from fish tagged at stations to the east of Killala Bay.
