| Abstract: | This study reviewed all international, European and national law relevant for the development of a framework for marine spatial planning (MSP) for Irish waters. The report details the identification of a range of options for MSP for Ireland and the criteria for testing these options. It explains the process of refining and developing both the options and the criteria in conjunction with the Enablers Task Force (ETF) to form preliminary conclusions. |
